Infant Room/Program
(6wks-18mos)
Infants, age 6 weeks to 18 months, will feel comfortable in Kid Station's safe and nurturing environment. Each child will be cared for in a warm and affectionate manner, individualized to his/her particular need and personality. Teachers develop a close bond with the children in their care to help instill a sense of trust and security. Kid Station's teacher to child ratio is lower than the TN State-licensing requirement insuring that each child receives the best care possible.
Our teachers participate in training/ educational opportunities specific to caring for this age group. Teachers provide opportunities for learning through repetitive games and fun, creative activities geared to stimulate an infant's five senses. Your infant will feel special and know he/she is loved at Kid Station!
Toddler Room/Program
(19mos-36mos not potted trained)
Children 1 year to 3 years of age need consistent and individualized care that encourages healthy growth and secure attachments.
At Kid Station teachers are trained to provide for your young child's emotional and developmental needs. Our toddler program offers your child a chance to grow socially, emotionally, and cognitively in an environment where they are encouraged to take chances. Independence is encouraged through praise and guidance. Teachers strive to show understanding and respect for each child and encourage them to use their words to express needs and feelings. Ultimately, our goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and cheerful place where your child will thrive while having their needs met.
Jr. Pre-K Room/Program
(3yrs-4yrs fully potted trained ONLY)
Children 3 years to 4 years of age is filled with so much wonder and curiosity. In this room we allow your child to becomes more independent.
Our daily routines include both individual and group experiences in a classroom filled with a collection of developmentally appropriate manipulatives and materials that enhance each developmental stage. Our Jr. Pre-K program is designed to embrace your busy little learners and focus their energy into learning experiences that will help them grow and learn in a nurturing environment.

Sr. Pre-K Room/Program
(4yrs-5yrs)
Children 4 years to 5 years of age are in a classroom that is strategically organized to provide ample opportunities for students to explore and problem solve. All of our classroom sizes are below TN State-licensing requirement to ensure our curriculum is taught in small groups so each child is given the opportunity to actively participate in all parts of the curriculum.
Our Sr. Pre-K program instills confidence and the love of learning. Teachers thoughtfully and purposefully interact with children and plan experiences that support all the content areas taught, such as literacy, mathematics, science, social studies, and the arts. All classrooms are set up to reflect different centers for learning and exploration. We even have our children do computer lab.
