Birthday Party Table

Kid Station is available on Sundays for private Birthday Parties and other special event uses!
​
Our Party Hosting service includes:

  • A Kid Station staff member to assist with set up of the party, use of center and its contents* and assistants with clean up at completion.

  • Full, private use of our facility including activities, games and toys.

 

Rental rate is $275, which includes a $75 non-refundable deposit.**

We have listed below all the steps that needs to be followed in order to reserve your party. Additional questions can be answered and dates can be checked by calling our center at 901-761-7529.

 

Emergency concerns regarding birthday parties can be addressed by emailing us at info@kidstationmemphis.com. You will receive a return call if you leave a phone number.

*Our kitchen and storage room is not available for anyone to go into other than our staff members. We do not supply any utensils or supplies for your event.

 

**Your event reservation is not reserved until the $75 non-refundable deposit is made and the party contract is completed and turned in.

Steps to follow to reserve a slot for an event

 

You will need to follow these steps in order to reserve a slot for an event.

  1. {Check Availability} Call our center at (901) 761-Play (7529) to see if we have availability on the date you would like to reserve.

  2. {Complete Party Contract} Click on the link above to download the party contact. Once you have completed it you can email it back to us at: info@kidstationmemphis.com or you can fax it back to us at: (901) 800-1421.

  3. {Register with our center} Click on the registration link above to register with our center. This step will allow you to pay your fees.

  4. {Pay your deposit} We will post the party and deposit fee to your account this will allow you to pay your deposit to reserve your spot.

  5. {Pay your party balance} The balance of the party fee is due the Friday by 5:00pm before your party. If it is not paid by than you will forfeit your deposit and your party will be canceled.

  6. {Have a great party} Show up at your reserved party time and have a great party.

  7. {Come back and visit us again} Make sure to click on our program tab up at the top of the page to see all the services we offer. Hope to see you again soon.
